We would buy fresh oyster from them every Sunday in the Hollywood farmer's market. They were super fresh quite a few selections and the two guys that work their were great! The prices were amazing....unfortunately I haven't seen them back since all this covid happened I really do hope they come back to the Hollywood farmer's market. You guys are greatly missed.

Fresh oysters available by the shell at this cozy local eatery. The oyster are shucked right in-front of you by a professional. The oyster menu includes a wide variety from British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Washington state. You can even pick between oyster sizes for some of the variants. Unfortunately, there were no malodours left when we visited so we will have to come back. 😍 The menu also includes many other options such as the chowders, seafood towers and many other seafood dishes. We mainly came for the oysters and ended up trying. Tho the variations of chowders. My favourite was the Seafood Chowder although the Lobster Chowder was very good too.

This spot is conveniently located next door to Trinity Bellwoods Park.

We love the Oyster Boy's Oysters!
It's our weekly treat when we are at the Hollywood Farmers Market. Soooo many to choose from if you get there early but they run out of some of them if you get there late. Take some home too! That's what we do every once in a while.

It's a great place to try a variety of different oysters. Customer service was excellent. You can get oysters shucked or take them to go. If you get them shucked there's a few tables behind their stand with all kinds of sauces and lemons. Oh they also had a little station set up for you to wash your hands which I thought was a thoughtful gesture.

    Oyster Men

Yeah, that's right...I promoted them. They've worked hard for this promotion and it comes with an added bonus...me. Best bonus ever. I'd hire these guys in a heart beat to cater my next party. Party de Stuffing Alex's Face with Oysters. I like that.

"You are what the French call Les Incompetents"

Look, I'm no oyster expert like Jeff H., I have no idea why I like them. I don't know what I like about them. People think they're slimmy, yes, I like that. People think their texture is weird, yes, I like that also. I'm oyster incompetent, but what I do know is Oyster Men have the best ones in town and you don't have to wait in some 2 hour line, pay $4 for an oyster you have no idea which ocean it came out of while listening to the girl next to you complain about how Taylor Swift didn't play anything off her 'Speak Now' album at her concert. To which I would respond...uhhh this is her '1989' tour!
