Chili's Grill & Bar

My boyfriend and I just left this restaurant happy and full. We were seated within 3 minutes. Got our drinks quick and our food was out in about 10 minutes. Rosa was such a friendly and very attentive waitress. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back here! If you get Rosa as your waitress you’re going to have a great experience.

The bar is always understaffed. I literally waited 12 minutes for any attention whatsoever the last time I was there. 12 actual minutes, on the clock! That’s ridiculous. It was 11:15pm so they were the only place open.
They have good value items though, and decent food. Some of its too salty, but you can make it work if needed.

Great Service! Ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger and got a margarita. Soup was hot, burger was delish (even with the turkey patty swap out). I'm very happy!

I ordered online take out or to-go. I previously ordered from the Inglewood location but this one knocked the other location out of the water. It was hot and ready when I the person greeted me. He went to the back and got my food. No wait! That's more like it. The food was great and no problems getting it what's so ever. Would order from this location again.

The service was wonderful and the food was good. The prices a little too high for what we received. The menu was confusing, especially for someone like me who has stomach problems. I can't eat spicy food and try to figure out what was spicy and what wasn't was hard. Thankfully my granddaughter was with us and she used to work at Chili's so she helped me out. I forgot to ask to have the Chipotle sauce left off of the fajitas and my granddaughter insisted that they be remade. The server was great and had mine redone very quickly.
All in all it was a great experience with my large family. Now if Chili's would make the menu simpler to read for us baby boomers they would make that last star. ????
I had the Lunchtime Chicken Fajitas with Baked Potato Soup and I will definitely order it again, delicious!!
