L & L Hawaiian BBQ

First discovered L & L in Hawaii.. I always just get the Hamburger. It’s very basic but I love the way their meat tastes, lol! My moms favorite is the Spam Musubi, Macaroni Salad and Lau Lau. Clean restaurant and friendly service. Will definitely be back, glad they’re all over So Cal now! ????????

L and L =Love and Love this place

Im a regular here. The food is great, economical and easy.

Its mostly a take out place but they do have chairs for people who want to eat there. Its not really a sit down restaurant where someone takes your order, you order from the cashier and they call you when your food is ready.

Parking is easy, top level and below ground free parking. If you are picking up, call ahead.

They also have a rewards program, tenth meal is free.

Im not comparing it to a five star restaurant but for the money, its really great Hawaiian style fast food

Chicken Teriyaki - Really good
Spam Musubi - Really good
Chicken Katu- really good
Fried fish - really good
Macaroni salad good

Fries- meh

They also have a selection of beer and hawaiian drinks.

The staff is friendly (pretty much the same girl or two). And she needs a raise, she is a hard worker and ALWAYS friendly. I saw her at Starbucks once and bought her a coffee.

Ive met the owner a couple of times, very humble, nice Japanese guy who takes pride in his store.

This place is really great, cant say enough about it, has become one of my go to weeknight meals.

I love this place, so will you.

My beef and chicken were both super tasty and the sides were on point. No real complaints. Even the price was reasonable which is my most common complaint of late. So, well done L&L. Keep up the good food at reasonable prices.

Incredible food and your plate may as well be a three day meal. Clearly made with care and tradition, and the friendly staff just caps it all off!
