Try to avoid when they are crowded as the wait can be unreasonably long, but other than that the staff is normally knowledgeable and pleasant. The food is usually great and the only time they messed up the order is when they are super busy. So I would caution when the line is long, but other than that it's a great place for all dietary options.

I love this place, Everything here tastes amazing, I've never heard anyone not agree. The staff are super friendly and aware of their guest. They source Organic Local Ingredients and offer veggie options as well. Real soda fountain with cane sugar they even offer beer and wine.

Friendliest staff I've ever seen at a restaurant. Free samples of the sides before you buy. The sandwiches are great, too, and service is usually quick even if it's busy.

1st time. I had the Sandwich Study of Heat (turkey avocado): great sandwich! Interior is tight especially when several people in line and waiting for their order. Tried two sides while waiting; both were very tasty (1. marinated beet & quinoa and 2. potato salad w/dill). I will be back for sure. My belly was happy.

This is a chain that I like seeing when I see it.
Sure, they have blue cows. But they also serve super tasting sodas and you can test their side orders - like their Super Healthy Salad, raw and full of nutritious veggies. I love their curry couscous salad, at times it can be heavy, but in small doses it's so comforting.

Wine and beer served here.

A few vegan options that are seasonal and always changing so you don't feel stuck to the same menu. My favorite thing has been the samosa dosa vegan wrap, it was full of Indian curried potatoes, cauliflower and peas. Please bring that back and I'll be back.
