However, they didn't honor the deal. To make up for it they gave us a cookie. The cookie wasn't good, but the gesture was appreciated.”

“The place is very busy especially during breakfast and lunch time. The team of Panera at this location is what makes people visit it again and again despite the rush. They never miss your order and if something is not right they do fix it with a smile. I am not good at names, but would highly recommend this place for the wonderful smile from one of their team member. The lady always greets you with a smile takes time to ask if you are being helped. Her smile can bring a sense of calm during the morning rush. The food excellent. Every sandwich is tagged with what it is - which really is very helpful as you don’t have to open each pack to figure out what’s in it. This feature I have seen only at this Panera bread location (not sure if there are any that do this - definitely not seen it in Houston locations). Parking is a issue during rush hours.”

“Nice place. Comfortable interior. Pleasent staff. Food was very good when I ordered the gumbo on my last visit. Highly recommend the gumbo. On this visit, again most everything was as expected. They were much busier tonight so mistakes were made. Our server wrote down my order correct but the kitchen messed up. Also the tall skinny glasses used for our drinks should only be used for drinks without ice. Dang hard to enjoy your drink trying to get liquid past ice when the top of the glass is so small. The waiter was busy but managed to make the meal enjoyable.”

“It was my birthday, my friends & I sat in the bar area and were ignored a lot. The food was just okay, my waitress kept forgetting who ordered what and forgot our appetizer all together. Everytime we asked for something, she acted very annoyed. I've been to this location before and they're usually so great. It was my first time in the bar area. Maybe it was just the bar area or the waitress had an off night but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon to find out.”
