Hot Pot Hot Pot

Nice late night spot for hot pot. Everything is a la carte - no all you can eat options. There is a divider so you can have two types of broth and they bring all your hot pot ingredients to you in a little rolling cart. There is a parking lot but it's shared and can fill up. Their Shitake and Taro Fried noodles were good and came with little pieces of pumpkin too - pictured below.

I met with a friend after 5pm to try Hot Pot. It was earlier enough to beat the crowd on Friday night. We tried a mix of original and medium spicy broth with a number of cuts off beef and pork, along with some veggies and mushrooms. Spinach is very good as it absorbs the flavor from the broth and having done scallion pancakes it's a treat with whatever you are trying. The servers are very attentive and overall I enjoyed Hot Pot.

Awesome soup. Went half-and-half to try their house broth and their spicy one. Spicy is good, and the house broth has a really good flavor. A lot of veggie options for soup, like lotus root. Plenty of meat options as well

Individual hot pots! Lots of goodness in each one. About 12 different options on the menu. Good variety of drinks too. Staff said the most popular Hot Pot Hot Pot are #1 beef, #2 lamb, #5 stinky tofu, and #11 Taiwanese spicy. I recommend going here on a cold day. If you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait.
