101 Noodle Express and Grill

The first visit was great. Waitress was friendly, the service was great, and the food was good.

Unfortunately the 2nd visit was completely awful. They were probably unders staff due to the Lunar New Year, because there was basically 1 waiter running around like a headless chicken.

My gf and I came in and was was left standing at the front for about 5 minutes. There were plenty of empty tables. Then a table of 4 just got up and left without ordering. The waiter then seated us at that same table. After being seated, we were once again ignored for another 10 minutes or so. Finally the waiter came around, but decided to take orders from another couple that was seated 5 minutes after we were seated.

It then occurred to me why the previous 4 customers left this table without ordering and that's when we got up and left. The waiter notice and looked like he could not care less.

I may come back, but only if the same waiter is not on shift.

I enjoyed the food the first time, and want to try it again, but only if I can even any service.

It was okay, just okay. The noodles were good but nothing spectacular to write about. The xlb was decent but the skin was a tad thicker. The pork and shrimp dumpling was the best of all the stuff we ordered.

Good food. It's a very big place that sells beer.

The Service: Good~ staffs are polite and professional.

The Food: The food is served within 10 minutes.

Beef Roll - The pancake is light, lots of beef slices. Totally made to order. Two thumbs up!!

Beef noodle Soup - the beef broth is so flavorful. The beef is super tender. LOVE LOVE LOVE the handmade noodle, chewy & great texture!

Deep Fried Dumpling with leek and Glass Noodles - the dough is thin and crunchy outside. Lots of stuffing!!
