    I love their sandwiches and coffee, but this location is always so filthy! The floors are disgusting and littered with trash. The tables and chairs are always dirty so I usually stand while my order is being prepared and take everything to go. Also, on my last visit my coffee was cold, but I had already left so I didn't want to go back just to ask for a new one.

    Lee's offers a good selection of both Asian and American sandwiches.

    The Service: Order at the counter. Service is friendly and efficient. Few tables inside the store.

    The Food/Drink: Vietnamese style sandwich, smoothie, ice-coffee, etc. Price is reasonable.

    The Parking: Underground parking (free)
