So yummy, Best ramen I’ve had in LA Def go for the Lobster broth!

Located in the former shabu shabu lot is a new ramen joint. Their basic ramen is only $10, which is a pretty good deal nowadays, with the full set being $15. Ordering here is a little different from usual ramen shops. You order on the iPads and pick up your order when it's called. So the service is more fast food style, rather than sit down restaurant. The tables all have extra normal boiled eggs, which is unusual and I've never seen it before.

I tried out the $15 one to get the full experience. The broth is very rich and smooth, while the chasu falls apart very easily in your mouth. Noodles are cooked just right and the egg is good too. Definitely would recommend you come and try this place out!

Lobster ramen is THE BEST I've had in my life. The broth is so yummy and lobster flavor is very flavorful. The chef said that it's manually stirred for 6 hours. I don't doubt why it's that good. Counter or seating ramen as I craved from real Japanese ramen spot. Tokutsu was really good. Perfect ramen noodles. Everything is sooooo impressive. So glad this place opens near where I live! Also a lot of parking behind the mall.
