    love this place and the people who work here and by the way before it was Oba this location was a Japanese restaurant called Komeyoshi which is the place where I met my wife ❤️

    Oba Sushi Izakaya and restaurant owner Coonchi are among the elites in small eateries with 3 greats: menu, service, prices. Enjoy our family's best kept secret. Love them!

    This is the best sushi place in Pasadena! The people who work here are like a family. Same people for many years. They take time to learn about you and your family. They consistently provide nice service, and the recipes are consistent as well.
