IHOP

Not much to say, it's your standard IHOP. Food was pretty good and hit the spot, bathrooms were decent and the service was very quick and attentive with a super nice staff especially for having to work at 3am. Appreciate you being there after a night out, IHOP.

At this time Friday nite at around 7:30 pm you would think that the restaurant would have more help...we only saw 2-people waitressing and 1 bus boy...and 2 cooks...so we waited about 15 min before we were acknowledged At the front door and then seated... another 10 min before we were asked if we wanted something to drink...waited about 10 min for the drinks that were brought by the bus boy....and then 10 min later the waitress took our order..the waitress was very polite, and apologized for the wait time....we then ordered and served at what I think was a good enough time about 20 min...we ate... we were helped with the little extras here and there with good time...had to use the restroom but it was dirty so I had to wait for clean up another 8 min or so...we paid and got out from the restaurant at 9:30pm...not bad but could have been better.????

Good value. They have large servings. My 3 year old insisted on the cupcake pancakes due to how delicious they looked in the pictures but they looked nothing like the picture in real life. The same batter is used for the regular pancakes with a handful of sprinkles thrown in. It just looked sad. My 3 year old was visibly disappointed with what was actually served to him. He still ate it, though.

Good service, quick to be seated. Quick to be served. I'm the type of person that loves soda and i go through it quick, our server came by are refiled over and over without hesitations.

Our waitress was great. She was very considerate and moved a mother and 2 noisy 5 year olds to another section of the restaurant. Who needs that at 6:30am on a Sunday morning? Or ever? We very happily left her a big tip.
