Great food. Felt like bartender didnt want to be there.

There was only one girl walking this morning. She seemed a bit overwhelmed. Add a bit more waitstaff and you'd get 5 stars

What a great place! French dip sandwich was delicious! The meat was so tender and full of flavor, I wish I would have chosen the option to add more meat! My husband said it was the best burger he has had in a long time. It arrived hot and perfectly cooked. The fries were crisp and perfectly fried and enough for two to share. The Riesling I ordered arrived really cold and was a substantial pour????. I wish I could remember the name of the craft beer my husband ordered because he prefers lighter beers and our server chose a beer he really enjoyed. We are very happy to have stumbled upon this small, quaint, top notch restaurant while in Pasadena.

The selection is pretty good. Go off the French dip route a bit, and the menu offers some interesting takes on some staples. The burger is good, although it doesn't include fries ????. The wings are not the pseudo Buffalo wings, but huge and tasty.
New menu items. House made pastrami, and short rib chili. Had the pastrami today, Solid!

Ooooo the Slow Roasted Pork Dip was devine!!!! My husband got the Traditional Beef dip & enjoyed it too. They grill the bread with butter & make it the perfect crispy edges. We started with the Fried Zucchini topped with a Manchurian sauce. It was spicy & sweet & delicious. They have a fantastic craft beer selection. The atmosphere is beautiful Pasadena. Wood & character & charm. Very friendly & sweet staff. We will happily be back soon!
