Slater's 50/50

They have good burgers here. Juicy and cooked to order. The parking isn't great since it's old town and they have street parking or a nearby free 90 minute lot. If you're looking for a burger in a pinch, this is your place to be.

Had the BBB burger. Flavor was decent, but the meat itself was kind of dry. Fries were good, but the bacon ketchup? Come on, now. That stuff is awesome and is pretty much the sole reason you come here. Yes, ketchup can in fact be seat filler! Beer list seemed to be pretty good. Didn't really check cause I was out drinking earlier. All in all, you can do better in Pasadena, but you can do much worse, as well.????????

While visiting Pasadena for the Rose Bowl, we went here for dinner on New Year's eve and just beat the rush. We were greeted by a menu with a great selection of appetizers, burgers, and drinks. I decided to try the sloppy joe sliders which were made with their signature 50/50 blend of beef and bacon. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries with pumpkin dipping sauce and both things were quite tasty. My dad ordered one of their specialty burgers and he said it was one of the best burgers he'd had in a long time. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm out in Pasadena.
