Flame Broiler

Folks here are the greatest. Kind, polite, and awesome customer service. I'm there So much that when I walk through the door they know my order, confirm it with me and send it through before I reach the register. On it! Nice!

Food is great but don't get there when it's almost closing time cause the kids there try to get you to leave when you just get your food

I had a great meal at the Flame Broiler/Pasadena today. I ate the regular bowl with the Black Angus Beef w/brown rice & veggies. I also had a Peak Ice Tea as well. The Black Angus Beef was very tender and tasty. The veggies which were broccoli & carrots, complimented the dish as well. I believe you can have the choice of beef, chicken, or veggie; whichever is your preference. The restaurant is nice and clean; very comfortable. The staff there is very friendly, attentive, and professional. Relaxed atmosphere and reasonably priced whether for lunch, dinner, or in between (lenner). Check It out for yourself!☺

They have organic tofu! Which is kind of rare and cool for a chain fast food place

Cons
Customer service really varies depending on who you get. This one young woman tonight started taking my order and was really short and never bothered to smile for one second. But then her colleague Jacqueline finished up the order and was really sweet.
