Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great spot. Clean tasting food and happy faces all around. This place is rarely overly busy like some of the other locations and has easy parking.

No better or worse than any other location. I do like the outdoor seating though, it's nice on a sunny day to sit outside. I used to go here often when I lived in Sierra Madre but now I will likely only come if going to the mall or GameStop nearby because there is another location closer to my work on Lake.

Delicious...They won me back (thank you). I had a less than favorable experience at this location a couple of weeks ago. My girlfriend and I frequent this location and have never had an issue before. On this particular day, we decided to place an order through postmates (a food delivery service) being that it was raining, and we were both tired from our busy work days. The food we received was delicious...but...our issue was with the amount of food received. Like I said, we frequently visit this location and have always been ok with paying about $12 for a bowl because it always seems we get our money's worth. This time was different. I mean, I could see empty sides on both sides of their oval bowls. I called this location and asked if they were running low on ingredients as this was not usual of our Chipotle experience. I spoke with Alex. Thank you Alex for hearing me out and making it right. He made sure on our next visit (yesterday) to make it right, providing great customer service, and great food, with the healthy servings we are used to seeing at this location. Definitely going back. Thanks again Alex. We appreciate you.

You must watch the workers carefully. They like to skimp on the taco meats. You must be diligent! Don't be afraid to bust some chops. Let em' know you're watching them. Wag a finger if you must. Shoot em' a side eye if necessary. Give em' the stink eye if you feel so inclined. After all, these are your tacos. They must be made to your liking and strict specifications.
