El Pollo Loco

Never been to this location, I almost gave up on Pollo Loco but I give them props. Food was real good.

It is a nice place to enjoy Mexican food. The place is clean and staff s are friendly. One thing I do not like that they keep the restroom locked and customers need to ask the staff to get the key to get in.

The food is good and tasty, however the servings are skimpy on the chicken....you will need to pay for "extras". This place needs to be CLEANED to keep it from the inspectors shutting down. Trash and food on tables. Trays need to be thoroughly washed and counters wiped clean throughout the day.

This Polo Loco is "the real deal!" Full size chickens, ALL the sides, gentle folk to serve you, and cooked just right. Worth the drive! On my top 10 fast food Restaurants...for sure.

Just had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco. The shift leader Juan was kind, patient, and took great care to ensure that all my vegan (no meat or dairy) accomodations were taken care of, and the young man Chan had superb customer service! He was very sweet and friendly and kept the place immaculate! Having worked at a Pollo Loco, I also noticed that he followed the correct protocol for refilling the salsa bar to a T, using labels and sealed pitchers, and not letting them touch the counter!

The food tasted very fresh, my order was correct, and the service was great. I don't live out here, but when I come back out, I will be happy to return. Thanks for the great experience, guys!
