Rib-off

Dude. This place was a find. Their highlight is their meats. They fall off the bone. Mom and pop shop vibes. Owner is nice. The price is solid. I got the pork ribs meal with BBQ and my wife got the beef ribs with sweet and sour. We both enjoyed our dish. We will be back!

This new spot is one I'm looking forward to coming back too, especially as it ages and expands its menu. It is definitely worth the try!

I got the Ribs/Chicken set meal with Green Chili sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet, spicy, and overall really tasty and made me really excited to try the other ones. The meat was cooked wonderfully soft but still succulent and the nice range of sides was enjoyable. Having a range of sides was an awesome touch and I felt very satisfied by the end of the meal.

There's definitely some room for improvement, the mac and cheese was a bit bland, the salad could use more than just some iceberg and cherry tomatoes, and I'd have loved way more sauce on my ribs. However, it's a new restaurant so I can understand wanting to control costs a bit.
