Great food yummy just pricey

Food is pretty good, but I'm sorry a dozen air fried, mediocre tater tots aren't worth a 5 bucks addition to my order. Way overpriced.

on the surface this place seemed like a good idea. the concept is smart but the execution needs work.

the food was ok, definitely good for midnight takeout. the main reason i docked stars is because the price. at midnight it doesnt register but when you look at that receipt the next day it hits you. some of the stuff we did not get to enjoy- eg the $7 lemonade was bitter (maybe bad batch?) and nocturnal chicken didnt have flavor unless dressed in bbq sauce. i also learned they have a 10% pickup discount, only after i called to give feedback- the manager on duty last night didnt mention or offer it when i picked up, which hurt my trust in them.

imo they will need to improve the flavor and quality control for this price point . if mgmt is reading - consider adjust your pricing or up your quality. if you need inspo, visit rabano just a few blocks away. they mastered the local/organic/ delicious concept that you are trying to crack and are extremely affordable. this proves that the economics can make sense, and something about the cheebo operation is flawed. i know you are new, and wish you guys luck iterating until you figure things out.
