“This is what legit Hawaiian poke looks like. Pre-marinated fish with heaping scoops of rice. Not like the “poke” you see with a whole bunch of toppings and sweet sauces. So if that’s what you’re looking for, you might be disappointed. What I love about this place is the generous scoops of fish. Just a regular was pretty filling, I don’t know how hungry you must be to eat a whole large to yourself. Limited seating outside with just 3 tables, better to take on the go.”

“Food is great but sad to report service/kitchen is extremely slow when dining in on a Fri night. The fact that it was a Fri night and mask mandate just got lifted the day before seems to be the main reason. They had about 20 dine in parties and takeout non stop flowing. Took about 2 hours to receive our 4 dish orders. Party of 2 seated at 730, waited 15 minutes to have our order taken, got our 4 dishes in parts between 9-915. Left Copper Pot 945. Wait staff was apologetic, but it's still almost 2 hours. Prior to this experience, had gotten take out on a off non weekend night. They were not quarter as busy - Everything as far as ordering, estimated pickup, and actual pickup was easy and on schedule. And the food is great! Maybe being a little generous with the 4 stars, but the food is still solid. So I recommend take out on week nights only.”

“The best scallops and vongole pasta ever. The scallops were cooked perfectly - super soft and juicy -with amazing white wine based sauce. The price was very reasonable at lunch considering the overall food quality. The staffs were the most friendly and nicest ever; they were also very attentive and fast. I greatly appreciated their fabulous food and service which made my day. I will definitely be coming back again! There was a underground parking lot right next to the restaurant, and it was very cheap. It's a large restaurant with many indoor and outdoor seats. Great place to bring either the whole family or a partner for a date.”

“Got to eat it their, while fresh and hot. Walnut shrimp, large, hot, juicy and crispy. Dumplings made after you order. You can taste the difference, every component's flavor separate from the other, not a mish mash of flavor. Nothing soggy or mushy. Do not take home and eat, you can tell the difference. The soup was light but again the soup had it's individual flavor as did each of it's components. We can't wait to go back and try rest of the menu. If I had a complaint it would be the shrimp had too much dressing for our taste.”

“Out strolling Riviera Village in a Sunday and happened by Vida. Wow, the Riviera Scramble was exactly what I wanted. The eggs were cooked perfectly and and the side potatoes with sauce were perfect compliments. The toast is a work in progress, so watch for improvements there. The mimosa, sparkling clean open air seating and ambiance were a perfect brunch. Paul and Micky, the father son owners were friendly and chatted it up with familiar and unfamiliar guests. I highly recommend Vida for Sunday brunch.”
