The food is super good! Note that this place is for take out or catering. No dine-in option.

You must try this place if you like authentic Taiwanese/Sichuan style small hotpot especially malatang/spicy hot pot. This is the second Chinese hotpot place beside Boiling Point in the area. I can tell you this place is way better than overrated/overprice Boiling Point without the forever wait. I have ordered the classic bone broth and tangy tomato malatang and they are all very tasteful. You don’t really need to add extra ingredients since the default bowl already comes with radish, mushroom, bok choy, cabbage, potato, corn, and clear noodles. Keep in mind the bowl itself doesn’t come with any rice but sweet potato noodles instead. The food in this place is fresh and very tasty. I will be going back to try out other different items on the menu.

Quick tips: This place is takeout only and there is no dine-in! It is inside a commercial building area similar like a ghost kitchen. Please support this small run by a mom and daughter restaurant by ordering directly from their website instead of using any mobile app.

Wow! This is a great find. Outside of east of Los Angeles, it's hard to find delicious sichuan and chinese food. What a great surprise to roll into rolling skies to eat some unique dishes! They offer to-go, but that's lucky for me because I get to enjoy my food in the comfort of my own home.

The Beijing Zhajiang noodles is one of my favorite Chinese dishes I've had in a long time. It's flavors are very unique and set themselves apart from other Chinese dishes with a punchy flavor. Once you take the first bite, your taste-buds will be swarmed by nutty, gingery, and savory flavors coating each noodle. It is a noodle dish above the rest!

The Spicy Red Chili Malatang is for the spice lovers. The aroma is so strong. The spicy level is on point! My mouth is still warm and tingly from eating it almost a couple hours ago. I had chef Cindy choose the meats for me and I was not dissapointed. They are very generous with the serving size and how much meat they provide. It could definitely be spread over a meal + some leftovers, but It was so good that I ate it all in one sitting,

To top it off, i reccomend trying the passion fruit green tea. Ditch the boba because this is the perfect way to finish off such a savory meal. The passion fruit is sweet, tart, and textural and the jellies have the best bite to help you take your time drinking it. I'm still drinking it even now. Definitely go check out this place!

Great customer service and even better food! I ordered the Tangy Tomato and the Red Chili Malatang in size medium (excellent portion), Scallion Soy Sauce Glazed Noodles, and Popcorn chicken.

The menu/ordering service on the restaurant’s website was clear and concise which made ordering from here easy for those in party looking to try something new. Everything tasted fresh/homemade in the most wonderful sense. Vegan friendly options were made available for in my party upon request.

We’re grateful for the addition of this restaurant to the South Bay and can’t wait to come back for more!

Food is delicious, and customer service is great. They are takeout only and located in a commercial kitchen building titled The Kitchen Terminal but it's very easy to find when you drive in and follow their signs. Keep an open mind and try them out, the flavors are delightful.
