“The director of finance at my company is Vietnamese so we come here often. He enjoys the coffee, but recently the quality has dissipated slightly. Just last week we picked up 4 of the coffee and had asked for blended ice, but after a 6 minute wait while they attempted to shatter the ice, it was deemed a complete failure. The ice had been shattered into a dozen prices instead of a thousand prices, and despite this travesty, 2 of the 4 coffee we ordered were delivered only 3/4. This means they simply were too lazy too add enough ice, as all coffee here is pre measured.”
