Gen Korean BBQ House

The place is massive. The protein selection is extensive and varied. The experience of cooking your our food is fun. The price was right for the quality of food. The only down side was the server we had didn't check in on us during our meal.

This place is huge. It has plenty of sitting. The wait time is usually quick and the atmosphere is very decent. For a Korean BBQ, their price is fair and the food quality is great. Occasionally, they switch certain type of meat for lower cost but overall the quality is still consider good. The staffs are friendly and some are better than others. But those headset managers that stay behind the bar, some are just plan old lazy and rude.
Parking is also plenty. In night time, some area might not as well lite as others but there're securities patrolling the parking lot.

Thanks to RH BBQ being rude and zero customer service, this place gained our business. Jacob and Melissa did an awesome job serving our large party of 10, promptly and with smiles to boot. Food was tasty, like the bugolgi and the garlic pork belly. My husband and mother in law loved the calamari. Even the salad. Highly recommend!

The food was so good. The service was somewhat off. Some things we ordered took forever to get to us. Some we had to remind them about. My mother's drink disappeared for a refill but we had to remind them about it.
We have had better service at other GEN locations.
