Classic creamy tea place. Alright it's quite popular now a days, this place never fails.

#UPDATE #come back 3 times and take down some star. Do not waste your money on "Hongkong Milk Tea" for $ 5.00 its not come with any topping and its just simillar to thai tea just less strong. On the menu is write "Hongkong Milk tea w diamond agar" so its my mistake..i assume its come with #like other drink with word "w" but it did not come with any topping. The lady said its mean "recommended".
i order 5 drink and ask all of them less sugar and she said yes but ended up all of them too sweet. Well at that time they pretty busy. But still come back again givr a try and still they do not pay attention to your order. Ask less sugar and still very sweet and ask for diamond agar, they give me agar boba ????????.
#OLD#Just notice this place. Nice place, clean and big parking lot. You should try King Boba its come with boba and brown sugar, i add extra topping "diamond agar". This drink totally worth try and very good, boba very soft and diamond agar is kind of like jelly. My kids love it so much. And second drink jasmine green tea w/tanccabella which is regular tea and foam cheese. For me is okay. I am not into cheese drink.

This place is as good as heaven. Great experience. Nice Avocado Milk smoothie. Lady M cake and coconut jelly. This place must be your first place to drink milk tea.

I’m in love with this place. Their drinks are very special and all of them worth a try. Stuffs are very friendly and welcomed. They gave very good recommendations. Definitely suggesting my friends to try and will come back soon.
