Delicious breakfast, excellent staff. Wonderful service by a sweet young man named Casey. Loved it!
Delish food. Nice staff. Great restaurant
The green tea was good. Service was great.
Wow! What a gem of a restaurant. I had a difficult time finding it. It is tucked behind Ocean Park Ramen. Free parking in the lot behind or underground, accessed from 29th street, northside of Ocean Park.
As you walk from the parking lot, pass Subway and there on the left, you will see Society Kitchen!
You must decide what you want before you reach the cashier and order and pay. Then, find a table, and they will bring your food and or drink to the table.
On this cool crisp December morning, they were still serving breakfast, but you could also order from their lunch menu. So I ordered a vegetarian cup of barley soup and a side of roasted vegetables( with
garlic and salt). This was a perfect pairing to sit outside in their patio with the Winter sun on my back. I felt as if I was in Stockholm sitting outside in the sun during a crisp chilly beautiful morning.
My friend ordered a latte and carrot cake in addition to a barley vegetable soup. Both of us truly enjoyed this oasis. The food, atmosphere and latte were delicious! You can also sit inside, but on a beautiful day like today, we chose to enjoy the sunshine!
I will definitely return for more meals. I saw they have Happy Hour, Monday- Friday and endless mimosas for their weekend brunch!
Outstanding food. Super fresh. Would go out of my way to eat there again. Eight of us had items ranging from breakfast to lunch and it all was fresh, delicious and service was great. Wish I was the type to take pics of my food to highlight my writing. Great job SK!
