“In all honesty I’m pretty harsh when it comes to liking places. This place is incredible. The food the atmosphere the coffee. Their stake is amazing as well. Any negative review has to be a competitor or someone trying to spew hate on this restaurant. The service is amazing, servers always check to make sure your food is good. If you are a latte lover try the lavender with vanilla latte. I’ve come back consistently, their ingredients are super fresh and are local. “Rafa helped me and was great. The place was easy to find and parking wasn’t too bad on a Sunday night. The Açaí bowl was killer but the real star was the vegan beyond empanada. It was clean and there was not much of a wait. Lots of variety on the menu and reasonably priced. A good value. Sufficient outdoor patio seating, none I could see inside. Will be back!”

“Came randomly for brunch since we were in town - wow! So glad we did! Not only was the service impeccable, but the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! The berry pancakes were OUT of this world - so huge and so tasty. My mom got the breakfast burrito which I had a bite of - holy cow. The melted cheese on top was chefs kiss. We got a Spanish latte as well - soooo good. This place really made a great first impression on me, I’m glad we found it randomly. Please come here, you won’t regret it! Delicious delicious!”

“The vibe here is casual,nothing fancy, but perfect if you want a quick bite and drink. There is a wrap around bar with bar stools and hooks to hang a purse or jacket underneath the bar. There are lots of large screens for sports. There are two areas where you can sit on the patio for people watching. The food plates are aluminum. The menu is basically pizza, burgers, salads , tacos and some seafood. Their Happy Hour menu seems like a great deal, but we arrived for lunch. My husband I ordered two pizzas and the pizzas were really tasty and perfectly seasoned. These are thin pizzas, which I love. We could of shared one pizza, because we took half of each home. At this time, if you Check IN on Yelp you get a free guacamole and chips! They do not have ice tea, which is what I was craving, so I just had ice water. The full bar, prices start around $16.00 for cocktails, less for beer and wine. Location is right on the corner of Ocean Ave and Broadway so there is a lot of foot traffic.”

Stumbled across Ma’am’s today and feel like I truly found a hidden gem… I was deciding on my order until Ma’am (the owner) offered to cook me something off the menu - all she asked was how spicy would I like it to be and that was it. 5 minutes later she brought me a healthy serving of flavour-packed vegetables and meat, on a bed of handmade ramen noodles. “The Perfect Pizza! It starts with the crust. The dough is really unique and special and when fire your pizza in their wood burning stove it is hands down the best pizza on the Westside. We added our own toppings which were pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms and the ingredients were incredible as was the sauce and cheese. Don't miss the beet salad which had the most fresh and flavorful beets. The wine list is extensive and all the prices here quite reasonable. We enjoyed our table on the back patio and the almond cake is a great way to end a wonderful meal. Also shout out to the staff that are all attentive and friendly.”
