    I typically purchase food at this Jack in the Box since it is near my workplace. There is a high volume of homeless people at this fast-food restaurant but the workers maintain it clean. You can receive your order quickly when it’s not busy, but it can take up to 15-20 minutes to receive your order when it’s busy.

    Quick breakfast on way to work. They need at least one more on staff to have a better flow thru drive through

    Very nice customer service. Only ordered a couple of sides. The onion rings were good. The egg rolls were overcooked. Homeless people kept asking us for food and money. But I guess that is Santa Monica.

    As I waited in line I read all the reviews had my friends and I all laughing. Yes there is a homeless problem. No the lobby was not full of them and there is no tent in the bathroom and Mohammad the manger was not there.
    Food taste great, Andre was great, but asked Foe mayo no mayo :( Andre did not know why there was no mayo! Big menu, hot food!

    The homeless people seems to be a regular problem for the area kind of sad. They also use regular straws!

    Very professional staff member. He was taking orders in the drive-through. He was extremely polite and was genuinely trying to provide exceptional customer service.
