Friendly service. Keep in mind:When they're Out Of avocados/guacamole, they display a sign that Indicates a national avocado shortage. Now I know they're just Shifting blame For their own stock shortage, everywhere else has avocados that night.

Always a good meal. I especially love the friendly staff. Definitely recommend this location.

The El Pollo Loco is very easily accessible during lunch hours for work. The staff are very great and friendly, they get to know you by a first name basis once you get to frequent the place as well as the food you order. It feels very comfortable to be there, the employees are there to not only work but they go a little extra by not letting you feel they are there to just do a tasks, they also take note the last time they've seen you and it feels like you are a local. It is also near a Santa Monica High School so you will get the after school and lunch time rush hour, which is awesome, it reflects the vibrant character of Santa Monica. The bathrooms needs work though.

I liked this El Pollo Loco, it's very spacious inside, lots of people dining in here, it's a busy place. The staff was very friendly and was quick to deliver my order of fresh and yummy chicken salad. Parking lot can be hectic but there's underground parking available.
