Blue Plate Taco

This place was fantastic. I wish I could remember the server and managers name on duty yesterday. They were both so patient and continuously checked on us. They even brought be a lit candle over ice cream for my birthday ????????????. It was definitely worth the drive from the Inland Empire

Food was very good, but the ambiance was lacking some. Very noisy so you can't carry on a conversation with your guests (note, we were there at 5:00 so happy hour probably played a part). Time of year, they enclosed the patio with plastic, but it was still breezy and cold. I didn't see a heater on, but could have been. I would go again if it was warmer outside.

The staff was awesome. Funny, charming and full of great advice about the menu. Our food was all good, drinks were pretty good. The location is great with a nice view of the beach and ocean. I highly recommend it for a casual luch or dinner. Fine for a big group or a quiet luch for two.

Amazing pork belly tacos and the salsas are all excellent as well. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend easily for a night out.

Hipster Mexican with great food, great vibe and great service. Very reasonable prices. Sit outside with a view of the beautiful Santa Monica coast line. After dinner take a 5min walk down to the famous and iconic Santa Monica Pier.
