Izzy's Deli

I've been here a few times now for lunch, but I always order breakfast. I haven't had anything that wasn't delicious and I like the ambiance of the restaurant, with a sort of old school deli, bakery, diner feel.

I recommend their burgers or any of their omelets. The food is great and comes out made to order in a quick fashion. Also, it's nice that the portions are big, so it's easy to share meals as well.

Izzy's was great. The food & service is always top rate. The young hostess could learn to smile & be a bit more courteous (the one with long dark hair)

The soups are my favorite thing here, though the sandwiches are also good. Wait staff is friendly and the place is a great spot for a late night meal. Good take out counter as well. Typical deli fare that tastes good.

Izzy's Deli is a staple of Santa Monica from the '70s. Personally have been a patron since the late 70s through present. Breakfasts are hearty. Deli sandwiches are very filling. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Always great to see the owner (Izzy) and some of the original servers from opening to today. Incredible service staff longevity. Always open, 24hrs and 365 days.

Stopped in for a late night supper. Went with the stuffed cabbage, small side salad and veggie medley.
It was delicious! Ordered a side of their deli rye bread with whipped butter to properly get every last bit of the gravy.
Perfect late night meal - not too much, great taste, with enough room left for some strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.
