Heavy Handed

I tried the double burger with the heavy fries and I have to say they tasted pretty great. The price had caught me a bit off at the start because it seemed a bit pricy but after actually trying it the taste made up for the price. The burger tastes great same along with the fries, the meat was cooked perfectly and it melted in your mouth along with the bun. The fries had a great sauce on top with the pickles making a good paring; the pickles are another story, they tasted amazing almost sweet. Though it isn't all that fantastic because of the location only having seats outside the breeze that came from the beach was pretty strong so it did feel quite cold, but other than that it was great!

Triple Cheeseburger Combo - 5 🌟!

Heavy Handed plays dirty with their menu but in the best way possible. They only charge $2 extra for each extra pattie on their combos, and that is how I wound up with a triple burger and a huge basket of fries.

In case you can't tell, I'm just being silly. But I am impressed that they can give you an extra short rib blended beef burger patty for only $2 more. Their meat is super high quality, and it is jam-packed with flavor.

I had seen Heavy Handed on my IG feed early on their journey, and it is wonderful to see how much success they are having. I don't live close by, so it took me a while to get over to their relatively new brick and mortar shop. It was worth the drive over and will be worth it for the return trips I will make.

LA has a lot of great burger places, and the more the merrier. Heavy Handed is a great addition to the burger landscape that is LA.

The price is high for this meal. Burger is average, definitely needs some veggies to balance out the salt and sugar. The fries are next level though! They have a crunch to them with a perfect amount of salt and if you dip them in the sauce, they become addicting lol

Best burger in LA no contest. Fries are not to be missed (splurge for heavy fries if you're feeling frisky) same with the dipped cones. Sure there may be a line depending on the time you go, but it is always worth it. People love their craft beer selection but I think their wine selection is slept on. Great place to grab a bite and catch up with friends, bring your parents, or go on a date! Also very dog friendly. Shoutout to whoever curates the playlist-- it's just as fire as the food.

The burger melts in your mouth. A little on the thin side but the taste makes up for it. Great fries and the Coke machine is calibrated deliciously. Fun vibe. Music playing and people drinking beer with their burgers. Its worth it.
