Rice Heaven 밥천국

This place was absolutely amazing!

First off, we ordered the spicy pork. They give such a generous amount of the spicy port,
it was way more than enough for the two of us.
I highly recommend it.

Service was also great.
The server originally didn't give us rice with the spicy pork,
but when we tried to get his attention back for rice he knew even without us having to ask for it!
He was super nice, even came back and asked if the food was good.

Overall, this place had the best spciy pork I've ever had, I highly highly recommend it and I can't wait to come back.

I had the Spicy Pork ($11.99). It comes with rice, 3 side dishes and miso soup. It was a VERY generous portion of meat, and the spicy pork was delicious. I will be back to try to kimbap and the kimchi fried rice!

But until then, will be thinking about their juicy, flavorful spicy pork! (Also, a lot of parking space)

I'm so glad I found them on Yelp! One of those places you try once and want to come back every time you are in the neighborhood.
The people who work there are very friendly and take their time to explain menu options, which not happens everywhere these days.
They recommended spicy pork and that was one of the best lunches I ever had in my life! The way they cook meat and seasoning - everything was at it's best form.
The prices are very reasonable also, you can easily pay for similar meal $7-14 somewhere else.
I'm a fan now and will come back many many times.

The tempura was very crispy and tasty. Also tiger roll was also tasty. Service was good and price was good too.

Rice Heaven is a very good, unassuming, restaurant that serves traditional Korean food. It is hidden in a strip mall off of Rolling Hills Road in Torrance and if you are not looking for it you may not find it. But, you should! The food is very good.

The interior of this restaurant is simple and straight forward. It is clean. They offer free coffee for customers out of a machine near the back. There is a TV playing fun K-Pop Music Videos. So, though it is a simply place, it possess a uniquely Korean atmosphere.

The tables are well spaced so you do not feel like you are sitting too close to other customers. But, it seems from my experience, that many more people use this as a Take-Out restaurant than a Dine-In. This is a good thing to keep in mind as you can grab your meal on your way home if you want to eat with your family in your home environment.

I always find that one of the best ways to judge a restaurant that serves an international cuisine is to view its customers. This restaurant predominately caters to a Korean clientele, letting you know that the food is well-respected among the culture where it arose.

As this restaurant is in a large strip mall, there is plenty of parking. To get to it, simply drive up Crenshaw Blvd., look for the Ralph's supermarket, and pull into the parking lot. Rice Heaven is then over to the other side of the strip mall.

Overall, great place serving very good food. Recommended!
