This restaurant totally enhanced our rare trip into theme parks. The food was roughly the same as Cheesecake quality and prices for decent sized portions. We tried the bangers and mash and the chicken and cheese sandwich and they were fantastic. We ended at 32 dollars for these two items and they do serve free tap water. We later got the warm butterbeer which is comparable to butterscotch in place of hot chocolate and is worth the try. The version does contain milk just FYI. Do yourself a favor and give them your lunch business unless you need a different ambiance.

It was really good. I personally think this is the best platter they have.

Sorry. Not a big fan. Ordered a platter of four for $76. Quite expensive for the quality of food! Food was average though in large portion. Chicken was fine, ribs were hard to chew. Vegetables were greasy. I am not happy with this place.

Great ambience and Harry Potter theme music -- great place to eat and take in the wall decorations, ceiling elements, elaborate stairs and walkways, framed pictures, and other architectural details. For food, as a family of three, shared bangers and mash, fish 'n chips and a garden salad -- all good and plentiful. Found this place as a good option for a sit-down place in Universal Studios, vs. other dining places that were more like counters/delis. Staff are polite and helpful.
