The Staff and Management was friendly & The Food was Awesome! So many varieties of meats to choose from if you like Medium Rare or Medium cooked meats this is a Great Place.
I loved how it wasn't as salty as other Brazilian bbq places. Service was top-notch, and the vibe was very nicereeeeee
Went here for a date night and it was perfect! The food, drinks, ambiance and service were all amazing. The garlic picanha and grilled pineapple were my favorites. We will definitely be returning!
So delicious, perfect service, amazing view 🥰
The goods: Sirloin, ribeye steak, garlic picanha, pork ribs, pineapple.
Prime cuts like sirloin and ribeyes are served very very often. I really appreciate that.
The ok: Picanha, Beef Ribs.
When the waiter slices the Picanha off, its obvious that the knife is not sharp enough. They would also serve pieces that don’t have a crust as most great Brazilian steak house would only slice you pieces with a crusts.
The beef rib is not tender enough, just like Fogo de Chao.
The bad: Pao De Queijo, salad bar, sausage and chocolate cake. There is also no fillet mignon.
The Pao De Queijo is bland and quite tough compared to the good ones.
The salad bar / buffet is probably the smallest compare to every other Brazilian steakhouse in LA and OC and misses most major items from a Brazilian steakhouses buffet. Most places would serve beef stroganoff, but this place serves mushroom. They don’t have prosciutto, melon, cantaloupe, garlic confit, and smoked salmon.
The sausage: 100% certain it is from Costco
Chocolate cake: If it isn’t from Costco, then it’s definitely from supermarket.
The owner is definitely trying to cut corners on the less expensive items. They need to better strategize to make things more well-rounded. If ribeyes and sirloin is expensive, cut back a little on those and serve more picanha (with a sharper blade please…) and put more money to improve the buffet section that makes people want to go back and focus less on the meat. Also, stop buying from Costco. People know, okay?
I would love to come back because I don’t want to drive all the way to Texas de Brazil in Irvine, but if none of my comments are addressed, I won’t be coming back.
