Chili's Grill & Bar

We were on a waiting list and noticed that after the tables was cleared, I knew were going to be seated. I was in a party of 6, but they setting it for a party of 8. That party came in well after us. So I asked the one preparing the table was it ours. She said no it was for the party of 8. I told her no disrespect but we were here before that party was. I said can you tell your manager that we were here. After another 20 min without a reply, we were given that table. If it had not been for the great service by our waitress named Taylor, this would have been a bad review. It felt like my group would have been slighted if I did not say anything. Not a good look. Not sure if I will return.

I met up with friends for a late dinner so the atmosphere was fantastic. Busy enough to be hopping, but not so loud that you couldn't visit. I had a bowl of Chili's enchilada soup, which a waitress said was like a chicken tortilla soup when I asked the difference. It really wasn't though. It wasn't horrible, but tasted more like a red enchilada than any tortilla soup I've ever had, so no more the same than cream of chicken is like chicken noodle. In the three times I've been in a Chili's, I'm still not a fan of the thin tortilla chips and salsa either, but my taste leans to more spicy authentic salsa. My friends love it though. The wait staff was all pretty decent, though Michael was above average. I'll probably go back next time I'm in the area.

Staff was extremely polite. Only complaint was the wait especially seeing plenty of open seating. The app showing our place in line was helpful

So yummy! I had Fajitas and they give you all the toppings. Really nice waitress. Went with family on Valentines and was a great experience.

Our server was great. She was very attentive and came to heck up on us every few minutes. She updated us on the status of our order and would ask if we needed anything else while we waited. She even helped me to apply my rewards to the ticket as it hadn't been allowing me to do so when I'd been trying earlier. I definitely enjoy coming to this restaurant and would do so again.
