If one were to conjure the image of a "dive bar," this would not be the first place to come to mind. But for me, this place is as close to a dive bar that a quality bar can be.

The bartenders are friendly and efficient and can help if you're struggling with beer selections.

The taps rotate fairly often, so there is almost always a newly tapped craft beer available, along with a solid lineup of other local favorites. There are the standard domestic brews available in cans or bottles, and there is always something available on nitro.

The food hits nicely for bar fare, with their vegan menudo being a favorite.

It's a pretty good spot for watching sports events, but it's definitely not a "sports bar," so you may miss out on some of that ambiance if you're a die hard. I've watched some World Cup matches as well as MLB playoff games here, and had a great time. I was lucky enough to grab 2 bar seats to catch the 2nd half of the 2019 Super Bowl, which was also a good experience.

There is also a rather large area for restaurant style seating as well, which stays consistently busy if that's the style of outing you prefer.

This is now modern shaman a vegan spot about three months in the making really great atmosphere and this is coming from a guy who walks in straight from my auto mechanic/ bodyshop so yes sometimes pretty dirty but my wife has me pick up dinner on my way home and so far this spot is one of her favorites and my daughters can not wait until the come in from out of state to enjoy this restroom with mom and I believe the lady I've met here may be the owner very hospitable makes one feel very comfortable and welcome thank you from Monster Towing Whittier

They seem to be a bit understaffed but overall the ambience was pretty good

Burger was absolutely perfect, menu definitely had a few items to try the next time I'm around. Cool staff, pretty good beer menu as well. Worth a visit or 2, or maybe a few more visits just because

They need more servers! Food is pretty good. Drinks are too, but the service is slow. They only had 1 waitress on a Saturday night.
