Had the chicken shawarma plate and it was fantastic! Full of flavor and filling. They also have a outdoor patio area which will be awesome for those summer nights coming up. Totally recommend this place.
The owner is hands on and very friendly. Just a few doors down from Hadley on Greenleaf.

OMG…the flavor of the chicken shawarma was amazing! The best I’ve ever had. I’m going to have to make special trips out to Whittier just for more.

Siraj's shawarma took over the old JDO Mediterranean location. Imo food was considerably better now! Extremely warm hospitality from what I assume is the new owner. I got the combination plate which comes with chicken, filet mignon and ground beef skewer. Everything was amazing! Will be back forsure.

Siraj’s shawerma were delicious! He’s friendly and clearly committed to serving fresh and quality food. I got the shawerma with fries and coleslaw—he even fried the fries fresh. He said he’s looking to bring the more authentic saj bread to his stand. I’m looking forward to trying the lamb shawerma next week. I was curious about what makes his shawerma Syrian style versus other styles—he said it’s the spices. And boy were they good! I’m very much looking forward to seeing how Siraj grows his business. Welcome to the neighborhood.
