Sierra Restaurant

The food was great, had the Cowboy Burger. Ingredients we're fresh and we'll prepared. The green bean coleslaw was very good too. The service was also excellent. The Tanaya is a great place for families with small children. I've never seen a better place for that. Last night the indoor pool was filled with kids splashing and watching a Pixar type movie on the big wall of the giant pool area. They have more activities than I can list here including archery. Great place.

Our waiter wasnt great. We asked for a refill on water and it took about 10-15min to get it. Food was awesome but our service sucked.

The food quality was much better than expected: from the vegetarian feta / spinach sandwich to the eggplant/zucchini one or the chicken wings, everything was spot on what you expect from a nice restaurant in a good size city vs hotel food. The one point that was not up to standard was how slow the food service was with over 30 min of wait. But at least our waiter was kind enough to give us a heads up half way. I just wish that during the 20 min waiting to get seated, we could have ordered to fix this issue.

This place was great! I had the 72 hour short rib and it was delicious and very tender. Our server Justin was very polite and knowledgeable about the food and wine menu. We ordered a local wine, idle hour cabernet franc I believe and it was very good. Overall great experience!

Had a wonderful time here. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Overall highly recommend Tenaya lodge and would definitely go back.
