Ravens Restaurant

One of the best vegan food experiences. I guess the dishes and ambience is amazing. The host was very kind to let us in without the reservation.

The restaurant is in the Stafford Inn and once on the property we were not able to easily find it. It is kind of hidden behind lush spectacular gardens and you need to climb stairs to get to it. We entered the hotel lobby, walked through the gift and book shop into the restaurant. Luciana, our waitress & the staff were all on point.

While not an extensive menu it did look interesting. The guacamole with chips were flavorful without being overly spicy. The portobello mushroom enchiladas were good but their chocolate mint torte was the highlight!

Everything was fantastic. We missed that reservations are needed, but they got us seated anyway. Food was wonderful and great portions too.

After hiking at Russian gulch all day, and getting very hungry, we searched vegan food near me. The Ravens came up for take out only, which was fine with us. When we called to place the order, they said that they were actually opening for dining room service tonight! Driving into the resort was amazing! The gardens and landscaping was absolutely beautiful. We found out that most of the food is grown by the resort! The staff made us feel very comfortable (this was our first venture into dining in public) and their seating policies were very responsible. We chose to sit on the deck outside and watched the sunset over the ocean and gardens. The food was amazing, lots of love in that kitchen! The staff was incredible too. I think that the next time we are in Mendocino we will be staying at this environmentally conscious, sustainable resort. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy healthy, sustainable, delicious food.
