Amazing food, service was extraordinary. Best bone marrow I've ever had. So many details done so well. Best restaurant in town easily!!

I love this place and Carlos has been added to the list of the top bartenders in Monterey County IMHO.

All I can say is if you go, get the burger, a single best thing I've ever eaten. I swear on my life for this place. Loved the staff loved the ambience. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

An Absolutely Phenomenal Restaurant!! Food was specatular! The ambience and vibe was welcoming and warm! Has Class, yet is not snobbish but is down to earth. My waiter Ryan was very genuine and a pleasure to have been served by! The Owner/manager also was exceptional in a keen eye for serving you. Once my salmon was served, i decided to use the restroom. Away for a minute or so, he took my dish back to the kitchen and brought it back out when he saw that i was sat back down! Exceptional Customer service! And one to be praised for!! It was my last night at Carmel! And this was the perfect place and choice to end it with a Grand Finale! Thank you!

My wife and I were looking for something special for dinner tonight and decided to give Seventh & Dolores a try. It was a little busy and we were able to snag a couple of spots at the large “farm” type table with others for instant seating. We were quickly greeted by our waiter who took care of our drink orders. The entire place seemed alive and we really felt like we were in the right place from the start. Our appetizers came and Joe helped us decide on the best options for dinner. It was amazing to see how the folks worked together as a team. It seemed as if everyone knew what we were ordering and stepped in to seamlessly provide for us what we needed even before it was needed. Kudos to you all. This intuition is something that is hard to find.

The steaks were prepared perfectly and the charred broccoli is definitely a side dish to have.

The entire time we felt like we were right where we needed to be and throughout the evening Joe and others made sure of it. It felt like this was a favorite spot for those who were local.

The carrot cake is something you will want to finish with. We look forward to coming back and hopefully finding the same spot at the table for another great evening!
