Red House Cafe

This place is amazing! The setting is very homey with spacious tables and nice natural light streaming in thru the windows. Would be great for a lunch date or for getting to know a colleague better. All the food is made from scratch and delicious.

The food was amazing! Really great meal compositions perfectly cooked! A place where you don't just find burgers and fries but also sides like potatoes and delicious vegetables. Dessert and coffee also perfect! Big recommendation for this great restaurant with very nice service! :)

Love this pet friendly cafe. I had a simple breakfast that tasted anything but simple. Very good flavor and portions. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was visiting from out of town but sure seemed to be a favorite of the locals. Great family spot.

Walking through the doors of the Red House Cafe gave me the same feeling I had when I time traveled for the first time. We took seats near the brick fireplace which was lit, surprising since it was 10:30 am. Sylvia took our orders quickly, with great suggestions for vegetarian options. Our food was out so quickly it was hard to believe. Our coffee mugs were never less than half filled, Sylvia made sure of it. The service, food quality, and overall atmosphere of this little cafe in the heart of Pacific Grove has found a place in our hearts that will keep us visiting for years to come.

It’s a tiny place on Lighthouse and serves excellent comfort food. My son has a massive cheeseburger with fries and I got a rather large crab cake with a salad. Delicious!

We finished lunch with cheesecake.

The host was very accommodating and our server was perfect. Liked seeing the owner so engaged. When we were there, lunch was very busy. Great sign.
