“Always loved Sakura's though the last time I went (wouldn't go back because of this). I left a cash tip as I often do and payed with my card. The hostess that took my card gave me back the receipt and asked for a tip. I thought that was quite rude. Food is always fresh and good. I was just really bothered by that specific experience. Crab legs are often gone and don't get refreshed for awhile.”

“Used their app to order today to hopefully expedite the process. Well....that didn't happen. I arrived and pulled.into carhop space 4 and pushed the arriving button on my phone and saw my name and a corresponding message that the kitchen was preparing my order. I sat there for 20 minutes and pushed the order button on the cargo screen to be asked if I could wait a moment so he could take care of the drive thru. I sat patiently and then not so patiently pushed the button again and was asked to wait again when I said...I've been waiting 1/2 hour for an order that I placed on line to which he replied that he didn't have the order...So I explained that the screen I was looking at had my name on it and said the kitchen was preparing my order. He then asked me what the order was said he'd bring it out. One minute later he handed me my order, asked me if I wanted any sauces. I said no, took my order and started the car and drove away. Down the road I noticed there were no napkins. Total mistake using the app. Don't get me wrong I've eaten here before with much better results but this time was a nightmare. And to boot the app charges 10-20 cents higher charge per item. What a way to make customers happy...right?”

“Located inside Marriott's Courtyard, it's a great place for breakfast and dinner. We had dinner here, on New Year's Eve since we didn't feel up to going out after a long drive. I had meatballs, my daughter had the quesadilla, and my husband had a hamburger. See the photos. The same was very good and the personnel are friendly, and professional. The prices were appropriate and the atmosphere convivial. You can dine in take out or even order in from your Room. We chose to eat in the restaurant. The seating is comfortable and can accommodate handicapped persons is necessary. Wine can be ordered. My daughter and I each had an 8 ounce glass of Yellowtail. Personnel were specially friendly and helpful commas and enjoyed our conversation with them. I would come back here to eat again even if we were only eating here for a quick bite, the food was good enough for a full dinner meal.”

Big screen TVs for a viewing sports. The server was very pleasant but somewhat dismissive (it wasn’t busy at all). The place appeared to be very clean, until I went to use the restroom. I rated one less star because of the slow service and nasty bathroom. Maybe I’ll give them another chance.”
