Solbar

The staff went above and beyond for us- Susan answered questions regarding the menu (we had food allergies to work around), Bridgette was our lovely server, and a wonderful gentleman made sure we were treated well for our anniversary- complete with a sweet token card, and a special treat from the Chef. We were blown away by the hospitality and exceptional service we received. Paired with an evening on the patio and a wonderful meal, this will be our go-to restaurant forevermore. Thank you Sol Bar!

It’s hard to argue that you know Napa Valley cuisine and restaurants if you have not been to Solbar. Amazing dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They divide the menu roughly into vegetarian/refreshing dishes and deeper dishes often involving meat or protein. My only problem with Solbar is that I don’t have more stomachs to process all the food I want to order when I go. The wine list is amazing too. And the setting is beautiful. And the staff treat you great. And, and ... I suggest you go. Now.

Excellent service and quaint ambience. I ordered the lobster roll with fries and salad. The toasted brioche was buttery and perfect, but housed very little lobster. The fries were mediocre. The salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, pickled red onion, and radish - being in Calistoga, my expectations for a salad were higher. Overall, the best part was the service!

Outstanding service. Bar staff was great and theseasonal cocktails are perfect. Good was perfect. The flavors used to compliment the dish was outstanding. Recommend the Blood Orange Duck.
