    I usually get great service here at the Napa Applebees, however I used the app to order and paid for items we unfortunately did not get. We did call and spoke to a manager and he said that he would comp us and email me the coupon for that comp however I still never received it. When I go there again probably yes it is conveniently down the street for me and the food is usually well enough. I just hope the service quality what continue to deplete

    We were in Napa on a rainy Friday evening after visiting a relative at the hospital. None of us wanted fast food again! Fortunately there is an Applebee's. Reasonably priced, a number of selections on the menu, great service and good food were what we found.
