Sushi Haku

Good food. Service is modest. Expensive place like any other restaurants in Napa.

Service can be spotty, food is pretty good, fair price. Honestly, I've only ordered the salmon teriyaki bento here, have never tried their sushi, other than the California roll in the bento. They do use real crab, so perhaps that speaks to the quality of their sushi.

Not super impressed. They had small rolls and it looked like the owner or manager was calculating every tab by hand on the sushi bar (customer side). after seeing the small rolls I felt like they cared more about the pennies, than the quality and "sushi bar" experience. the servers/waitresses were very curtious and attentive, but it just didnt make me want to go back. the older sushi chefs looked bored and it looked like maybe a newer chef was making rolls and giving it to the older ones to cut. the food was good, but nothing to rave over and tell all your friends and family.

I have being here 2 times in the last week first time service was slow went and wait to even get menu for almost 7 minutes at lunch time feels like forever food was good tasty fresh
Second time service was supper fast because I ask to get it done in a hurry however server didnt hear my order and brought me what she tough I was pointing to on the menu
So we got salmon instead of spicy chicken so I say just leave it we are in a hurry. She say are you sure I can bring you new one so I say can you just get us a side of the spicy chicken for my wife so she did I though it would be on the house since it was not what I had ordered
Turned out I got charged an extra 11 dollars plus o got to eat something I didn't want in the first place food was good but when you get the wrong order and I'm nice enough not to make you throw away the wrong order I should at least get some chicken on the house plus i never once was even ask if I needed it wanted my ice tea refiled
In conclusion 2 visits service not the best food good
Not sure that I will be in a hurry to come back I van get a little tray of sushi for lot less without the headache
