Meadowood Napa Valley

I get why this place is rated 5 stars. Having spent years in the hospitality business, the customer service here is BY FAR the best I’ve experienced during a getaway from the daily grind. Staff went above and beyond in ensuring my girlfriend and I enjoyed our first anniversary together. If you want to have a picturesque stay with a top notch, bespoke experience, this is the place to do it.

My skin was glowing and hydrated for days from their 60 min organic facial - they use an all natural line that was amazing

The spa wasn't great. Their sauna wasn't hot at all, and we were hardly given time in a mostly cold steam room before our couples massage. The massage therapist and facial was great. But the next day I had booked a foot massage and got a leg massage instead, with maybe 5 minutes spent on the feet. Also a scalp massage should never be done without washing and wetting the hair first.

Just delightful. The epitome of elegance. This was our honeymoon and we never get to travel to such fancy places - we’re so happy we chose Meadowood. Despite the fire impacting the property, they have done a perfect pivot to utilize the space they have to provide the best experience possible.

Thanks to Barbara and Sarah in the restaurant, Thina, Katlyn, and Erin in the spa, Andrea, Jennifer, and Bob at the front desk, and everyone else who greeted us with huge smiles throughout our stay. This was a place we’ll never forget. Just perfection.

We were in for a two day wedding event and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities here. An afternoon of croquet dressed all in white, tasty bits and drinks was surprisingly fun! The next day the wedding on the golf course was beautiful and romantically inspiring. As was the following garden reception area with yummy appetizer and drinks well served.
