The gal that helped me was very accommodating, even though I walked in 5 minutes before closing. The two selections I chose were about gone and she kindly asked me if I wanted what was left or would I wait 6 to 8 minutes for freshly made. I appreciated the offer and chose to wait.

The staff is pretty decent, love the mobile orders though they need cashier's to ask more if your waiting for one instead of ignoring you. Make sure you tell them your a mobile order..

Very consistent. Make sure to utilize the free 1 side with receipt.
There are no special tips or tricks I can give for this establishment, but I go here about once every other week.

Why is the orange chicken not cooked well anymore. As of lately it’s been pretty bad... but the employees have always been nice.

The Shanghai angus steak was uninspiring. The honey walnut shrimp was really good. The chicken egg roll was dry and in dire need of something to dip it in. The service is subpar-I didn’t get my complete (online) order (was missing my drink) and the cashier didn’t seem interested in helping me in the first place (walked away from the pickup register without acknowledging my presence even though I was standing *right there* waiting for her to finish the transaction of the customer before me).
