“Newer southern Italian trattoria in Aliso Viejo town center. Delightfully decorated and clean dining room and patio. Personable and attentive service. We ordered brocolli rabe orecchiette, braised artichoke hearts and salad for a late afternoon lunch. Delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Artichoke hearts unfortunately had a few bits too fibrous to chew. Overall, we were happy and will return to try more dishes! Update (Meal #2): OMG! 4 stars to 5 STARS! For our second meal here, we had delicious salads plus spectacular main courses of Lasagna and also Spaghetti Pomodoro. Distinct sauces for each dish. Flavors of homemade pasta superb. Spaghett was cooked al dente to perfection. Lasagna had 7 perfect thin layers hugging the two sauces. Hats off to the chef!”

“Fresno fig burger was great and the spice watermelon agua fresca was fantastic. Others in my party had the ahi salad (very good) and a the floor is lava (nice kick.) They've recently opened so the service had some hiccups but our server was very friendly and came by a few times to make sure everything was fine. I'd definitely come back again to check out the other burgers.”

I came in and rudely asked for "the rest of my drink" and he filled it with oatmilk as I asked, I was then explained to that the drink settles after being made. “Absolutely, hands-down the best salad I have ever had! I LOVE that everything is finely chopped; nobody wants to wrestle with giant spinach and lettuce leaves. The food is super fresh; you don't get wilted, brown lettuce here, that's for sure! The dressing is delicious, staff is friendly and the portions are HUGE! This was our first time visiting and we are making this our new salad place :)”
