Eureka! Aliso Viejo

Sat at the bar with Eric and had a fantastic lunch!! Great beers, service, and burgers. We can't wait to go back.

A great experience overall. A little pricey but solid food and service makes up for it.

I love Eurika! I’ve been to the Irvine location so many times but this was my first visit to the Aliso Viejo location.

Service here is amazing. I liked Bone Marrow Burger from Irvine location better but this was great too 👌

Fresno fig burger was great and the spice watermelon agua fresca was fantastic. Others in my party had the ahi salad (very good) and a the floor is lava (nice kick.) They've recently opened so the service had some hiccups but our server was very friendly and came by a few times to make sure everything was fine. I'd definitely come back again to check out the other burgers.

I brought my family there last week on Tuesday, which was the second day they had been open. We had been anticipating it’s opening for some time because we had heard about how great the food was. Well, it was definitely worth the wait. The food was great. Yes, there were some minor hiccups, but that’s to be expected when the place is brand new. You could tell our server was stressed but she did a great job. The kids loved the food as well so that’s always a good sign.

My wife and I went there again on Friday night for a long overdue date night. When we had gone previously, I saw they had a large selection of whiskey’s so we thought it would be fun to come down and have dinner and try out a flight or 2. Again, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the whiskey was outstanding as well. We were hoping to come in earlier but there was an hour to hour and a half wait and they do not take reservations so we ended coming around 8.

This might be our new go to because, although Stadium has great beers on tap, there food has gone downhill significantly over the years and yet their prices keep going up.

Hopefully Eureka stays around and hopefully they start taking reservations. That would be my only request.
