P.F. Chang's

A beautiful restaurant and friendly staff are great starting points for a restaurant, and the PF Chang's in Anaheim certainly hits both of these points. We stopped in for lunch on a cold rainy day and it's confines proved to be a nice escape. If you've never been to PF Chang's before, I hadn't before this trip, food is served family style so you'll be sharing and passing food around the table. We ordered a couple cocktails, some entrees, chow fun, and enjoyed the white rice that comes with the meal. The food was good American Chinese food, basically upscale Panda Express, so manage your expectations. If you understand what they serve and are willing to pay a fair amount for it, it's a good dining experience.

Simply Amazing!!! I had the spicy chicken and I would've taken a picture of the beauty but once I picked up the chop sticks to try it, I never put them back down until the plate was cleared. That's how good the food was. Also try the cucumber cocktail, super delicious and refreshing!

Great food, love the lettuce wraps and the ribs. Has sake and all types of beer and cocktails.
Also parking validated up to 3 hours. The best of all the restaurants in the complex.

But the last time we were there the 2 bartenders seemed to ignore us and the elderly lady next to us, she was there before us.
I felt they were giving good service, packing up their food asking to validate for some and not others depending if they thought they would get a better tip which left us tipping them less. We generally haven't had an issue but this night it bothered us.

PF Chang's always has great ambience with each restaurant designed with a twist on traditional Asian decor. This is also reflected in the cuisine, which also features traditional flavors fused with contemporary American treatments. Each dish captures its original intent but is enhanced with PF Chang's own spice palette. Every time a new dish is introduced, I have to try it to see what innovation they've come up with. Never disappointed!

The food was delicious, we shared the wonton soup and I has the ginger chicken and broccoli the other person had the honey salmon with white rice. Both were seasoned very well. Not too sweet or too salty. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive and made sure we had our complete meal. I didn't remember to take a picture of the meals before we started eating.
