    Healthier choice than McDonald's but I feel the portions have gotten smaller

    Fast food. Great service. Not enough chicken, chicken dry. Gone to other locations. Better chicken at other stores.

    I've been to other El Pollo Loco restaurants, and this one simply does not have the same great taste that others do (specifically the one in Fountain Valley at Warner and Euclid). Also, they do not have the same promotions, perhaps because they are close to Disneyland they feel like they can overcharge? One of the promos that I was looking for was the 10 piece for $10.99 including tortillas wasn't available per management, as they are franchise they don't have to do all the corporate promotions.
